Does an introduction guarantee financing?
No. Every scenario remains subject to property eligibility, borrower qualifications, lender guidelines, documentation, and underwriting.
Can I introduce an owner-occupied borrower?
No. IMC focuses on non-owner-occupied investment property transactions and does not offer primary-residence financing through this website.
Will IMC share the investor’s private information with me?
No. Transaction and borrower information is handled directly with the investor unless they authorize appropriate communication with another party.
